Bringing AI into your process

I work with large and mid-size companies. The industry doesn't matter — what matters is understanding what you want to automate and digitize: the whole company or one area — marketing, analytics, advertising, support.

  • 1. Audit. A required first step, paid separately. From a few days to a few weeks: I review processes, data and systems and find what to hand to AI.
  • 2. Roadmap and proposal. Based on the audit — a staged implementation plan and a commercial proposal for your task.
  • 3. Implementation. Digitization and connecting AI: I bring ERP, CRM, call records and documents into one place that Claude and GPT can query. Timeline and cost — individual, after the audit.

Cases

  • Open-source tools our implementations run on: Recall — a local archive of calls, documents and Telegram with an MCP server for Claude, and VULYK — Claude Code orchestration for team development (both on GitHub).
  • One knowledge base from Notion, Asana, Obsidian and Google Docs: employees answer about 70% of internal questions without calls or meetings.
  • Digitizing a large business: ERP, CRM and staff call records brought together and available to Claude and GPT through MCP.
  • Own products built in Claude Code: SEO Parse — an internal SEO toolkit for a large team (under NDA), Linguard — for link builders and SEOs, fibi.tech — a financial marketplace.
